Funding Status
The AIV project is now in the 50% Design Development phase! We just added a new flyover video of the building for you to see on our website. There have also been many advancements in funding this last year and we are anticipating many more.
Will you make a pledge to support the many seniors, children, and young adults who will live and receive support in this building? A donation to AIV helps the community by creating more affordable housing and you may benefit as well from an extra state tax credit! A donation of $10,000 would likely only cost you $3,250 once the credit is taken.
