Have been drug-free for at least 6 months
Have the ability to live independently

346 E 53rd St.Affordable one-bedroom apartments with on-site case manager, fitness center and wellness activities, and on-site case manager.
Qualified Applicants:
Is 62+ years old
Have an annual income less than $38,650 (1 person) or $44,150.00 (2 people)
Has the ability to live independently

If you need a place to sleep tonight, you can:
Call the Homelessness Prevention Call Center by dialing 3-1-1 or 312-744-5000 and ask for “Short-Term Help.” The Call Center is open Monday – Thursday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. If you reside in Suburban Cook County, call 1.877.426.6515 for help with basic needs.
Go to your nearest Chicago Dept. of Family and Support Services Community Service Center. They are open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
