Suboxone Treatment (Opioid Addiction)
Suboxone is a narcotic prescription used for the treatment of opiate dependency. It assists in addiction recovery by inhibiting the body's craving to use opiates, as well as minimizing detox and withdrawal symptoms. Along with the Suboxone medication, doctors, counselors and nurses are available to meet with patients regularly, to monitor their progress with the treatment program.

Their approach integrates substance use treatment, mental health and primary care, all within our Haymarket Center system. Access to Haymarket Center is possible 24/7/365 with no wait for assessment. They are never closed. Haymarket Center can provide transportation to their campus upon request for patients seeking treatment.

Admissions are conducted at 120 N Sangamon Street, Chicago IL 60607. Walk-ins are welcome. A comprehensive assessment of individual needs using the Global Assessment of Individual Need (GAIN).
The admission process includes:
• Psychiatric / psychological services evaluation
• Health screening
• COVID screening and testing as indicated

Family Guidance Centers, Inc. (FGC), a not-for-profit behavioral healthcare organization, treats and prevents substance use disorder, as well as an array of other related problems. FGC’s adult and adolescent programming provides a flexible continuum of care to best address the individual needs of each participant. Through integrated and comprehensive services, including continuous assessment, participants are able to access levels of care and specific services to create an individualized treatment approach.
