    2. Have been homeless for 1+ year(s)

    3. Have been drug-free for at least 6 months

    4. Have the ability to live independently

  • Senior Village

    For Older Adults

    Affordable one-bedroom apartments with on-site case manager, fitness center and wellness activities, and on-site case manager.

    Qualified Applicants:

    1. Is 62+ years old

    2. Have an annual income less than $38,650 (1 person) or $44,150.00 (2 people)

    3. Has the ability to live independently

If you need a place to sleep tonight, you can:

  • Call the Homelessness Prevention Call Center by dialing 3-1-1 or 312-744-5000 and ask for “Short-Term Help.” The Call Center is open Monday – Thursday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. If you reside in Suburban Cook County, call 1.877.426.6515 for help with basic needs.

  • Go to your nearest Chicago Dept. of Family and Support Services Community Service Center. They are open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
